License Agreement

My submission to World Advanced Science LLC confirms the following:

• My co-authors have granted me permission to make these arrangements.
• There are no current copyright or other third-party rights in the work, and if it is published, I and all co-authors agree to publish it under the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0. If the work is accepted for publication, I and all co-authors agree to publish it.
• World Advanced Science LLC will be notified at the time of submission whether the legislation demands that the article be released in the public domain, and the work will be distributed under the Creative Commons 1.0 Public Domain Dedication waivers in such cases.
• My co-authors and I have agreed that all of the data in this paper would be released under a Creative Commons Public Domain Dedication waiver unless otherwise indicated.
